Construction Services: With our years of experience dealing with all phases of the constructed project from design, through permitting, bidding, contract negotiations, construction administration and contract closeout we are able to identify and balance the needs of our clients and the needs of the contractor to bring a project to a successful conclusion.

Construction Cost Estimates: We provide detailed and up to date cost estimates to help establish approriate budgets for construction.

Construction Plans and Specifications: We provide detailed drawings and specifications for all components of the site construction. These detailed and comprehensive construction documents allow the Contractor to provide firm pricing.

Bidding and Negotiations: We work closely with our client to ensure that quality contractors are providing fair and competitive prices for the work being bid. We will evaluate the bids and assist with contractor negotiations to ensure that the Owner and Contractor are comfortable with the scope, scale and cost of the work.

Construction Administration: As the owners' representative we will coordinate and attend weekly job meetings, provide general oversight and help address site related issues in a timely manner to help mitigate site construction delays. Along with weekly meetings we also provide site construction review, change order review and negotiation, requisition review, schedule review, construction "punchlist" management and contract closeout support.
