Stephen Haight, PE brings over 33 years of experience in civil engineering and design, particularly in the area of civil/site design and construction administration. He has designed and construction monitored a multitude of commercial, industrial, institutional and residential projects throughout New England, across the country as well as overseas. Stephen specializes in construction administration, construction specifications, construction plans, documents and contracts. He also specializes in the preparation of and review of hydrologic analysis and reports utilizing industry standard software: Hydrocad and HECRAS. Stephen also specializes in the planning of, design of, implementation of and review of Storm Water Pollution Prevention Plans. He is a licensed civil engineer, a certified diver/engineer and a licensed septic designer.
Kevin M. McEneaney, LLS/PLS has been practicing as a licensed/professional land surveyor for over 37 years in New Hampshire, Maine, and Massachusetts, during which time, he served for 15 years on the State of New Hampshire Joint Board of Licensure for Land Surveyors. Over his career, he has provided surveying services for homeowners, developers, engineers, attorneys, and municipalities. His work includes boundary and existing conditions surveys, ALTA/NSPS land title surveys, as-built surveys, conservation easements, condominium site plans, subdivisions, and lot line adjustments. Kevin has great experience in interpreting legal documents to determine complex boundary problems and a strong understanding of local and State regulations which allows him to provide guidance to his clients for optimizing development potential.
Duncan Mellor, PE has over 38 years of experience specializing in engineering services focused on coastal and waterfront projects for a wide spectrum of clients. His exclusive waterfront experience includes a solid technical background in civil and ocean engineering, applied in assessments (above and underwater), design, permitting and construction of structures along shorelines, waterways, ports and harbors. This includes piers, wharves, seawalls, bulkheads, quay walls, revetments, breakwaters, groins, dams, bridges, parks, marinas, dredging & dredge material beneficial reuse, beach nourishment, and even unique projects such as tidal turbines, offshore structures, lighthouses, historic structures, frequently involving creative solutions. He is licensed in civil, structural, and geotechnical engineering and is a certified commercial diver/engineer.
Joseph Griffin, PE has over 20 years of experience in civil engineering and industrial/municipal environmental permitting. He has extensive knowledge of site/civil design and permitting of residential, commercial, industrial, and municipal projects with a focus on hydrologic and hydraulic design and analysis. Joe has specialized experience in working with local, State, and Federal agencies in support of industrial/municipal environmental permitting and emergency response preparedness and has extensive knowledge of environmental requirements associated with Federal contracting. Joe brings over a decade of experience working for the Portsmouth Naval Shipyard managing, permitting, and supervising environmental experts in ; Clean Water Act programs including MS4, MSGP, and NPDES permitting, the Resource Conservation and Recovery Act including contingency planning, generator status determination, 90-day accumulation, satellite accumulation and TSDF permitting, and management and implementation of an Environmental Emergency Response Team with associated Integrated Contingency Plan at the Portsmouth Naval Shipyard.
Mark Beaudry, PE has over 39 years of experience in civil engineering and land development projects throughout New England. He is responsible for the management, site/civil design and permitting of various sized multidiscipline land development and infrastructure improvement projects for commercial, residential, industrial and municipal clients. Mark has acted as liaison to project teams from conceptual design through construction, has managed project planning, design development tasks, permit acquisition and construction document preparation, construction services and the coordination of staff and sub-consultants. He also has extensive experience with project representation before local and state boards and regulatory officials.
