Emerson Ridge at Janetos Farm

Civilworks New England was recently contracted by Chinburg Development to produce a subdivision design for a new residential development on 30 acres of rolling fields at Emerson Ridge in Dover, NH. This subdivision includes several lots and an shared open space for active and passive recreation. Civilworks worked closely with the developer and Dover's city staff to meet their overall needs for this project and provide new housing opportunities for the community. Several housing lots are currently available for purchase. Civilworks enjoyed working the Chinburg team and looks forward to future opportunities.
