Civilworks NE was selected by the Town of Chesterfield as the best qualified firm to provide survey, permitting and engineering services to replace the boat launching facility. CNE submitted extensive qualifications, was interviewed and ranked best based on qualifications and responses to interview questions, permitting experience and creative design approaches.

Services include survey, permitting, design and construction phase services for replacement and expansion of the boat launching ramp providing the only public boat access to Spofford Lake.

The CNE proposal was within budget and was accepted, with survey and underwater inspection completed less than a week after authorization to proceed.
