Concept development, survey, design, and permitting of a 6-lot conventional residential subdivision. Design and development of the parcel required additional coordination with permitting agencies which included performing subsurface investigations to confirm that arsenic concentrations on the site were the result of naturally occurring mineral sources. The naturally occurring arsenic required that road, drainage, and house locations and designs to incorporate strategies to minimize the impact from the arsenic on the project.
