Survey, permitting, design and construction phase services for an ADA public access dock and marine railway as part of a life saving station restoration project. The dock is designed to accommodate local excursion/tour boats and the railway is replacement of the historic life boat launch way. Challenges have included rock socketing of piles without putting heavy drilling equipment in the intertidal resource area.
