Little Bay Marina

Concept development, survey, assessments, design, and permitting of a 27-unit mixed use development and associated marina replacement. The project design included a 26-unit townhome condominium, marina office, and 44 boat slips with breakwater reconstruction and associated dredging. Design and redevelopment of the parcel required coordination with state, local, and Federal permitting agencies. The projects redevelopment included incorporating sea level rise resiliency, designing the site to treat stormwater runoff, shoreline stabilization, and full marina replacement.
